The user ratings for Taken do not vary drastically, the difference between the females and males is 0.1%, and the males being the higher percentage. Even though the film age certificate 18, under 18's have a higher percentage than 18-29 and the lowest percentage was the over 45's.
Se7en
Seven's highest user rating is under 18 males, over all 0.2% is the difference between females and males. Females 45 and over has the lowest user rating. This shows that over all more males watched the film Seven.
Panic Room
Panic Room is mainly watched by males, there is only 0.1% between the females and males. Under 18's have the highest user ratings, with the rating dropping from 7.5% to 6.7% and 6.9% it shows that under 18's watched Panic Room the most.
Butterfly Effect
The butterfly Effect has the same user ratings for males and females, the user ratings also tell us that under 18's have the highest user ratings. Both male and females over the age of 45 have he lowest user ratings.

ReplyDeleteI would recommend that you present this more creatively in a prezi or something along with the trailers of the film you have used. There needs to be a conclusion as to who is the typical thriller audience and why related to the content (where is the BBFC evidence?)
